Who isn't theses days! Although, I' m only cooking for 2, our schedules seem to always be full. During the week I am always looking for homemade recipes that are quick and easy. I just love those 30 minutes dinner recipes. That's what you will mostly find in my kitchen during the week. Leaving those longer and more involved recipes for the weekend and Family Dinner Nights.

I'm the pickiest eater in our family. So, it has really helped me to see what is in the recipe I am making. These days, I always taste everything I make. And I have surprised myself and have liked dishes I thought I would never eat. Who knew?

You don't have to be! In my Kitchen, I try other peoples recipes that I find on Instagram or the Internet. I always follow the recipe exactly how it is the very first time. After that, I change things to my personal taste. I will always tell you and have a link to the original recipe that I am making.
