I love this wedge pan and it has many uses. Scones, brownies, cornbread and so much more. This is one of the best Christmas presents I received! I have added the link in case that you would like one too!
When making muffins, why not go Jumbo! This pan is from Sur La Table and I think right now they $14.99! What a steal. I may have to buy another one. Best muffin pan by far!! Go check it out at:
All Garlic Presses are not equal.....are they? I have tried many different kinds/styles of Garlic Presses and I continue to go back to this $7.99 press. We all have our favorites and this one is mine. You can find it on Amazon or maybe even in your own Grocery Store.

Last year I decided that I was no longer going to buy pre-grated cheese. Pre-grated cheese doesn't melt well and just taste a bit different. Let me tell you, I do not regret this decision. I actually have 2 different graters; a box grater with different grates on each side and a A-frame detachable grater. The one in the picture is the detachable grater. It slips apart at the top of the A frame for better cleaning. I love this one and it by Oxo and of course I bought it at Target. I am attaching the link if you would like to see it, know more about it or even buy it.
It has taken me a long time to really appreciate the versatility of the Cast Iron Skillet. I really believe that things overall taste better when they are made in the skillet. People think that these are hard to care for but, they really aren't. I love that they can go from the stove top, to the oven, and right on the table. Right now there are lots of recipes that are "one skillet" meals that are perfect for these skillets. And if you are a camper, these skillets are perfect for camp fire meals too!
I have 2 different size Lodge skillets and 1 Lodge griddle that I am constantly using. If you are looking to invest in your cooking and your kitchen, then this is the way to go!
To check out Lodge to see what they have available click on the link below.
You will want to care for your skillet a little differently than the rest of your pots and pans. I've attached a link to help you with that as well.
And because I love Target and that's where I bought all 3 of the Cast Irons that I now have in my own kitchen, I am attaching the link to Target too!
If you have any questions regarding Cast Iron Skillets, feel free to email me and I will do my best to steer you in the right direction.
**I did not make the dish in this cast iron, I found the picture on the internet**
